Trioctyl Phosphate TOP is a functional plasticizer that combines flame-retardant performance with good low-temperature flexibility. Its molecular formula is C24H51O4P and CAS No. 78-42-2. The product is a colorless transparent oily liquid with purity of at least 99% and an acid value of no more than 0.1 mg KOH/g. It is supplied in industrial grade.

• TOP is mainly used in PVC cable compounds, PVC film, and other products that require both flame resistance and flexibility at reduced temperatures. Its low-temperature performance is a notable feature among phosphate ester plasticizers.
