Barium Zinc Stabilizer JBZ-BM is based on model JBZ-BM05, an industrial liquid barium-zinc composite heat stabilizer for PVC calendered film, foamed products, and other flexible PVC materials. The product is a light-yellow liquid with a metal content of 6.5%–7.5%. Its formulation is intended to deliver good thermal stabilization and to help foamed products achieve a comparatively uniform foam structure.

- Calendered PVC film is exposed to continuous heating and shaping, so the stabilizer must support the compound throughout sustained thermal processing. JBZ-BM05 is selected primarily for its heat-stabilizing function in this type of production environment. In foamed PVC, it additionally supports a more even foam condition, giving the material a distinct role in recipes where both thermal stability and foam quality are important.
